Who We Are

Learning Pals is entirely student-run! All of our tutors are high school volunteers, hailing from the best schools in New York City and ready to engage with younger students.

Each prospective tutor must attend an interview and submit a teacher recommendation before being admitted into the program. The teacher recommendation is subsequently passed on to the family when the tutor is paired with a student.
